Caduceus T-Shirt

$18.50

This shirt features my interpretation of the Staff of Asclepius, a serpent-entwined rod wielded by the Greek god of healing and medicine. It also draws inspiration and its product name from the Caduceus, a staff carried by Hermes that has been widely adopted as a symbol of medicine. The staff is represented by an antique syringe to acknowledge the long histories of harm reduction and the war on drugs. The serpent traditionally symbolizes rebirth. In this iteration, the snake is drawn to resemble an X-ray because I thought it would look punk-er that way.

Product Information:

• White and Black are 100% ring-spun cotton
• Sport Grey is 90% ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
• Pre-shrunk
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the center
